What happens at the monthly event limit?
The API refuses new events with quota_exceeded until the next month starts. Events accepted before that are still delivered and retried.
What does self-hosting need?
A server with Docker and 4 GB of RAM. One command installs Railhook with PostgreSQL and Redis and sets up HTTPS on your domain.
