Terms of Service

Railhook Cloud sends and receives webhooks on your behalf. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available, but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Railhook Cloud is free within these limits:

• 10,000 events per month
• 3 projects, 5 endpoints each
• 7 days of event history

If paid plans are added, we will not move you to one without your consent.

Do not use the service to:

• send or store illegal content;
• send spam or otherwise abuse the service;
• attack, probe or overload third parties through webhooks.

We may suspend or close accounts that do, or that break these terms.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Railhook you run on your own servers is governed by the MIT license, not by these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
