Terms of Service

Railhook Cloud sends and receives webhooks on your behalf. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

Railhook Cloud is currently free, within these limits:

• 10,000 events per month
• 3 projects
• 7-day retention of webhook events

Paid plans may be offered later. We will not move you to one without your consent.

You agree not to use the service to:

• send or store illegal content;
• send spam or otherwise abuse the service;
• attack, probe or overload third parties through webhooks.

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

We work to keep the service available and your webhooks delivered, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Railhook you run on your own servers is governed by the MIT license, not by these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
