Privacy Policy

Railhook Cloud at railhook.io is run by the maintainer of Railhook, an open-source webhook gateway under the MIT license. Contact: support@railhook.io.

• Account: your name, email address, organization name, and a hash of your password, or your Google account ID if you sign in with Google.
• Webhooks: the payloads, headers and delivery attempts you send through the service.
• Logs: IP address, user agent and request metadata.

We process no payment data. There are no paid plans.

• To run the service: receive, store and deliver your webhooks, and show their history.
• To prevent abuse, including a Cloudflare Turnstile check at sign-up.
• To send account email: address verification and password reset.

We do not sell your data and use no advertising trackers.

We request only the openid, email and profile scopes. The name, email address and account ID Google returns are used only to create your account or sign you in. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and do not sell or transfer it.

Railhook's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Hetzner: hosting in the EU (Helsinki, Finland).
• Cloudflare: CDN, DNS, Turnstile and web analytics.
• Resend: account email.
• Google: sign-in, only if you choose it.

• One cookie keeps you signed in. It is used for nothing else.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.
• A message sent through the site's form reaches our support inbox with your email address, and is kept only as long as the conversation needs.

• Webhook events: 7 days on the Free plan.
• Account data: until you delete your account, which you can do in the product.
• Backups roll over, so deleted data leaves them over time.

Write to support@railhook.io to get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it. You can also delete your account yourself in the product.
